Comment:  Im not sure why there so low on this.. but pi phi is definitely a top house. this past school year was rough for them because they were on probation for most of it-- can't wait to see what they bring the table next year though. Just like every top house you get an assortment of personalities. These girls are known for being the sweetest but to be honest no one saw enough of them to get an opinion this year. Seemed like most of the pledges dropped! (not sure why though!)
