Comment:  If you want to join a fratty frat, phi delt is the right place. They are at most philanthropy events. The house is very nice, but it's DRY so the party life is ok. Dues are higher than any frat on campus, so if you don't have money, don't bother. Most phi delts are nice but there are some who are stuck up, snotty, rich kids. There brotherhood is rather questionable considering the number of actives in the chapter.
