Comment:  Lots of self-ranking on here by Lambda. Simply put, they are very average. They think that the new house will improve their reputation, on the contrary it will actually diminish it. Right now Lambda's only competition is Sigma Pi, Psi U, and AEPi. All of these houses are very middle tier. Now they have to compete against all the upper middle tier fraternities for rush, and with that eye-sore of a house I don't think it will work in their favor. They will either remain average or become worse.
