Comment:  Below is obviously a Beta. Beta is in no way top tier or above Delt. Honestly the only reason anyone ever throws Beta into the top tier is because they're no where near as bad as Sigma Chi. Still, they have no house, a very small sorority following, little no presence of the social scene, and can't retain their own pledges because drop rates are so high.
