Comment:  These guys are sneaking up to the top. They are all so gentlemanly when it comes to treating ladies. They are a small chapter as of right now, but I wouldn't be surprised in a few years that they are the top house on campus. Us sorority girls are getting sick of this whole "swag" attitude other frats find so important.
