Comment:  They've had plenty of time to develop popularity and themselves in the community,but having a gphi sweetheart doesn't guarantee them by any means to be any BETTER socially or even better overall.Some gphi sweethearts have done very little to near nothing in helping their frat chapters succeed after winning the TITLE for sweetheart frat.A gphi sweetheart is a hit or miss.Hopefully its a hit for these guys to help them rise to the top instead of a miss to weigh them down to the bottom.
