Comment:  I was a Zeta and I'm checking for PNMs. Zeta was a low tier mixed bag of girls, and I quit after a year. Recruitment is competitive and I registered with no recs, which made me end up with DDD or ZTA. Frat guys like pretty girls, bottom line. Zeta needs to stop bidding homely girls. Have a smaller pledge class with better girls. Hide your undesirables in the kitchen at rush and don't get more. Work on appearance first, then involvement and grades. I had a top tier frat bf bc I was pretty.
