Comment:  Pi Phi is my favorite sorority other than my own, and while they are not top tier they definitely have the potential. The two newest pledge classes are a whole new type of Pi phi and honestly everyone knows it's because they got most of the women who would've been kappas when kappa was on probation. In a few years when they're new house is done (next to ΑΓΡ and PKP) I bet they're solidly top tier. For now, the nicest and classiest girls.
