Comment:  Not a bad fraternity. But not top tier and honestly not in the top 5. Historically, they've managed to get a lot of wealthy guys and instill a lot of class into them. But their recent pledge classes have been far from gentlemen and the chapter has gone downhill immensely. Still has no house (I'm sorry but a barn in the middle of nowhere doesn't count) and throws no big parties. Aren't socially involved and never talked about on campus. Below KA and Fiji, arguably below Delt SigEp and SAE as well
