Comment:  For the record; Phi Kap is not on social probation anymore. Phi Kap is still on campus unlike DTD. Phi Kap does not have a house but they are actively looking for one. They have the funds to pick up a house very quickly. Finally, Phi Kappa Sigma is the oldest active fraternity on campus (not counting the ones that went inactive and got kicked off multiple times).
