Comment:  If you haven't been to a pikapp party this year, you can't talk about this house. Best parties I've been to. I went to pikapp for 3 weeks straight and decided to go to Lambda and theta xi last week. Pikapp parties are 100x better. However, still average with popularity. I really think its the location that kills them.
