Comment:  The Kappa Deltas are definitely moving up! They won a lot of Panhellenic awards this year including chapter of the year (snaps to them). Their 2013 pledge class really helped them out. HOT GIRLS. I would say they are middle tier, definitely not a bad choice! They are classy, smart girls.
