Comment:  Every time I meet a phi mu, I come out of it smiling like an idiot. These girls are so kind, caring, and fun to be around, I've never met another chapter with their positive attitudes. The thing is, they don't care if they're bottom tier or top tier, what matters to then is their sisters and their philanthropy and that's what really matters.
