Comment:  There are some really nice girls in this group. They certainly have potential to move up over the next few years. Getting a new chapter on campus will help. They should just focus on their chapter. Unfortunately, I too often hear them putting down other groups in a misguided attempt to make their chapter look better. That's not the way to move up. You have a strong foundation - just build on it.
