Comment:  easily the top house in Corvallis, all of the guys are super chill and welcoming unlike almost every other frat. they are one of the few houses i can bring my GF and her friends too because they feel comfortable. all of the bad things i have heard were abolished the first day i went over there and they have PHENOMENAL parties.
