Comment:  Chi O is unfortunately going down, and the older pledge classes will admit that to you. They, sadly, had a really bad recruitment the past two years, and it is definitely affecting their house. I can only count on one hand the number of Chi O's I like, as most of them are either kind of weird or really rude. They stayed towards top tier for this long because they were founded at UA, but there's no denying this house is in trouble.
