Comment:  Was always a top tier fraternity but has had some struggles in the past year or so. Looks like they will be back next year and part of the top 3 at CU. With a house like that and a 5 year lease there is no way they won't be raging next semester. Also, with Pi Kapp losing their house to Theta Xi the Sigma Pis will own the top of the hill. I expect good things from these guys.
