Comment:  I actually am named "Whoops" for a reason. Sorry to put Chi O's rank on Tri Delt's wall. Tri Delta is also a top 3 house. Known for recruiting the beautiful girls, but not recognized enough for grades and involvement. The frats love them and their philanthropy is one of the best.
