Comment:  Firm Middle Tier frat. Mix with some random Top Tier Sororities. Don't do homecoming (?) or maybe just don't get dates. Some nice guys. Some weird ones. Also, wouldn't be surprised if they stalk/rig this site... that is what would explain the higher ratings. I don't know though. I don't have a problem with any DX's I know personally. Solid bunch. Very average.
