Comment:  Sure, these guys aren't top tier, but then again they aren't trying to be. They aren't your stereotypical frat douchebags, and they're genuinely nice guys. We pregamed with them this semester, and I really expect them to keep getting better pledge classes judging by the progress they made with their spring class. The fact that they have a brand new house won't hurt that process either.
