Comment:  They definitely have their collection of less-involved, quieter guys, but overall, Delta Phi is one of the best fraternities at the College. Significantly more attractive/normal than Dchi, and they dress as well (for the most part) as KDR, but are more fun. Not top tier, but maybe in a few years. They've crushed it this year.
