Comment:  Notice how Chi Phi has SO MANY more rankings than any other UM fraternity on this website. If that doesn't point to self-ranks, then I don't know what does. They are NOT top tier, and the current guys are way to awkward to get themselves this high. Some of them are nice, but still hard to talk to
