Comment:  They will never be considered a decent house at this rate. Even the guys who are a part of the house always complain about how much they hate it. There's absolutely no brotherhood. They have probably the worst reputation on campus for being try-hards and creeps. They have good grades and are pretty involved, but that's not why you join. However, as far as the social aspect goes they have given up I wouldn't be surprised if someone like ZBT or ATO buys their house within the next year
