Comment:  While they aren't the most popular, they look like they have an incredible sisterhood- wherever you go if you see one Theta Phi you'll definitely see another. They're classy and fun if given the chance to break out of their shells. They're sassy, sure, but what sororities aren't? They have things they could work on, but the foundation is there for something great!
