Comment:  They have been taking a nose dive in recent years. They used to be cool, decent guys that you could be friends with, but they now think sooo highly of themselves which is unjustified. They are trying to "rise in the ranks" rather than recruit good guys and have a good time, which has lead them to be disrespectful of people who used to like them.
