Comment:  Alpha Phi is the top house on campus with a 99% return rate from recruitment, top house is based off of that. The changes in this chapter are major and the president and exec are doing a lot to make changes and it's working. The amount of sisterhood and involvement is great, these are real girls the old a phi is out welcome to the new one.
