Comment:  Good group of Guys. Definitely a Chapter on the rise. Still having to work off the terrible rep that the older guys left them but kudos to them for sticking around and trying. Its incredible that they've been able to survive and even thrive after being suspended from rush a few years back (guess that's what the phoenix thing is all about!).The fact that they own two lots gives them much more room and potential for parties so hopefully they capitalize on it soon.
