Comment:  Lets be honest here. These guys are a great group of guys that are right in the middle of the fraternity order. They don't have a great house, but do rely well on a great history at UT that keeps them middle tier. Their events like Pikes Peak and Swamp are actually pretty fun and very well attended. Bottom line, These guys are a staple at UT and will be for a while. A new house, or construction would put these guys in the upper division of fraternities.
