Comment:  Here's about as true as you can get on this fraternity. The house definitely is their best recruiting tool. Saw they were first in intramurals. Still young, and other fraternities hate them. About half of the girls in each sorority like them and then the other half doesn't. They are not super involved on campus but there is speculation that they may get greek sing back, if that happens they will definitely secure a spot in the top 4 or 5 with phi delt gone.
