Comment:  On the outside these ladies are sweet, witty, caring, and very sisterhood oriented. But what is happening on the inside is terrible. They are clique-y and cannot agree on how to run their Chapter. Half want to give bids to everyone who is kind, willing, and earnest; the other half only want to extend bids to Barbie types who will party hardy. There are a few older girls who are trying their best to keep everyone happy but the new classes do not understand the concept of "unity" and "honor".
