Everyone says things like "Chi O dirty rushes" "Pi Phi was on probation" (which is a straight up lie, pi phi was never on probation ask anyone at FSL), but those are two of the most desirable houses during rush. Pi Phi has a reputation of being a house full of beautiful girls who like to have fun and that hasn't changed.
