Comment:  This chapter is stepping in tremendously. As an outsider looking in, I don't see anything negative. As for the girls, they're classy and prove every sorority girl stereotype wrong.. Some of the sweetest girls I know at KD's. They it recognized for community service and raised over $50,000 this weekend at shamrock. Every house has it's problems, and Kappa Delta is no exception, but you'd be a fool to not rate them a top house or at least very close.
