Comment:  The house is owned by the alumni. It's the only house at auburn that's on private property. They aren't going to loose there house. They raise millions every year in donations. They have a huge endowment and some of the actives come from the most wealthy and affluent families in the south. The university tries to buy there house every year because of its prime location and they want to get there hands on the lake. They offered around 15 million last year ΣΑΕ turned it down.
