Comment:  Sig Chi is a good house, not top tier, but good. While they tend to have a bit of a reputation as "meatheads," there are some really solid guys in the house. Really great athletes with okay academics. Try to throw great parties, but usually through a series of events end up being either bad or just okay. Could easily be considered top tier given minor changes on campus or in the house.
