Comment:  Good group of guys. They're nerdy but they don't pretend to be something they're not, which I appreciate. I also wouldn't place them in the socially awkward category. They're geeks who know how to interact with people. They have parties occasionally which are fairly popular. In my opinion this house is a good fit for guys who want to have a moderately active social life.
