Comment:  The Phi Delts have really come a long way in recent years. They've gone from being very average at best, to being easily one of the top houses in the greek system, at least in my eyes! They've been extremely involved in greek philanthropy, have being doing wonders for their PR and have absolutely killed it with recruitment! Their last 2 pledge classes have been absolute beauties and have really turned their chapter around, and I'm so excited to see them pick up even more beauties in the fall :)
