Comment:  some girls on my floor are in GPhi and I'd like to share what they told me. first- the majority of the girls didn't even go through formal, so they aren't rejects from that. second, there's clearly some self-ranking here but they're still learning. maybe we jealous sorority girls should get a grip on our insecurity and cut them some slack for at least trying. best of luck, GPhi.
