Comment:  Ok, I agree there are improvements to be made, but Kappa Delta has tons of beautiful, smart, fun, and classy ladies. Like I've said before, don't judge the entire chapter just because you've met one rude girl! I think if these girls start doing more mixers and maybe partnering with some other sororities for events, they can definitely improve. They're still a solid chapter that I'm sure many girls would love to call home.
