Comment:  The guys at Chi Phi are the most fun (and best looking) guys on campus. They throw GREAT parties and host awesome tailgates on gamedays. They're all southern gentlemen and they're everyone's favorite fraternity at Chapel Hill. My sisters and I all love them!!!
