Comment:  I think Pi Kapp used to be a middle-top chapter a couple of years ago but they have just dropped a lot with all the trouble they got in and the type of guys they've recruited recently. Being the oldest, I think they will go through many periods of rise and fall and this just happens to be a low point. With the right moves, they could come back up.
