Comment:  Still not top tier, because they aren't as involved on campus. They got in some pretty freshmen, but a lot of the kappas in general seem like they are not genuinely nice. I do like them better than aphi though. They put on a nice image, but unless they unite more as a sorority and are more involved, they won't graduate into the top tiers.
