Comment:  Extremely inviting and inclusive. Awesome fraternity with amazing diversity, with all types of people doing all sorts of different things represented. They don't throw people out because of average grades, unlike the fijis, and encourage diversity within the fraternity. They also treat pledges very respectfully while teaching them the importance of teamwork and hard work in general by assigning jobs to everybody.
