Comment:  I wouldn't say that Alpha Phi at LSU is top tier, yet. They are making there way to top tier. A lot of people think that Alpha Phi is taking in any girls, but are actually very picky. It's not a bunch of rejects. It's mostly girls who realized that they wanted to join Greek life a tad bit late or just couldn't make it to formal rush. Great group of hot, smart, and fun girls.
