Comment:  Bunch of geeds trying to be Delta Psi, but aren't smart or active enough on campus to compare. Trying too hard to change the image of fratstars on campus. Terrible brotherhood due to no house and nearly no common ground among members. Can't see them rising to mid tier even when they get their "lodge".
