Comment:  since the fall class of 2012 they've definitely been getting better and better. Better parties, hotter guys, and they really are a good group of guys. Especially considering how some of the other top tier fraternities haven't been doing so well recently, i think that pi kapp hs potential to be a top tier frat in the next year or two. Also, they really do rush correctly. None of the whole "oh you're not from the south, we don't want you" they actually look for cool guys
