Comment:  Honestly, this group gives out bids to women who are very involved on campus already, their friends that come through, and those with a disability. The women are great at advertising themselves and bringing a variety of women. Work on your reputation ladies. The pledge classes are not close and don't send a girl back to her dorm room for having "untamed" hair.
