Comment:  It takes a special kind of stupid to be a bottom tier fraternity even when you have a massive alumni network and a mansion to yourselves. If their house on C street falls into the hands of ANY ONE of the 30 other IFC fraternities on campus, then that fraternity would instantly become a force to be reckoned with.
