Comment:  The Phi Psi's here at ECU are almost the perfect example of a middle tier fraternity, they might not have the popularity of some frats on campus, but they have few to no enemies. They don't seem to get in trouble and have ok grades. Lastly they tend to stick to themselves and have a close brotherhood because of that.
