Comment:  Even though they are technically "bottom tier," they are for sure top of the bottom tier. My friend introduced me to some guys and I was not expecting anything great, but I was impressed!! They were surprisingly attractive and some of the nicest guys I've ever met! They are not judgmental and are always down to have fun. On the rise for sure! Can't wait until they get a new house.
