Comment:  Yes, we are different. Yes, we are diverse. If you look at the real world what do you see? Women from all different backgrounds and cultures,right? Isn't that what we have? Isn't joining a sorority about being accepted in a group of women that judge worth based on values not outer appearance? We will NEVER recruit women based solely on their looks, so if that's the "advice" some of you wish to communicate to us then I appreciate your opinion, but step your game up.
